How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
Your account will be set up within 24 hours of your first payment. Once your account is ready, you will receive an email with your account information, IP address, username and password. You can then start uploading to your site. Typically, your site will be set up in less than two hours.


Is my access 24 hours a day?
Yes; you will have access to your account 24 hours a day.

Can You register domain names for me?
Yes. If you need to register your domain name, there are several Registrars to use including godaddy and Network Solutions where you can register a domain name. However, we do offer our own domain name registering services where we can set everything up for you.

Does Your Host allow adult, warez or other illicit sites or content?

We do host adult content as long as it is legal. Child pornography is not allowed. Warez or other illegal content, by U.S. standards, is also not allowed. All content on your site you must have copyright to the material.

What are your Network Connections?
The network is connected via fiber running redundant routing. All servers are wired into an uninterruptible power supply, as well as connected to a diesel backup generator. Uptime is around 99.9% which is above average for the industry.

What is your server environment?
Servers are powered by Intel™/AMD™ Processors, 3Com™/Intel™ NICs, PC100/133 SDRAM/PC2100 DDR, and ONLY major name brand components. UPS Systems provide the power backups, along with a Cummins™ generator system.

Where are your servers located?
Our servers are currently located in Texas (of the United States).

Can I get unlimited bandwidth?
No. We do not offer packages with unlimited bandwidth primarily because there is no such thing. Anyone who promises you this is not telling you the truth. Somewhere in the company's terms and conditions are likely to be some words referring to "excessive use of resources", and, in effect, this will place some form of arbitrary limit on your bandwidth usage. We set limits to both protect you and to provide you with a reliable quality service.

Can I use UltimateBBS or Ikonboard?
No. We do not allow the use of either UltimateBBS (all versions) or Ikonboard (all versions).
